Because in the United States, you can’t suspend students for pictures that show them drinking out of red cups.

Seriously. No alcohol was observed in the photos, just red cups. And students got suspended for that.

The best part about this story, though, is that the students got their revenge.

One student bought a keg of root beer and had a big party. Naturally, it was busted by the cops, who assumed that it was a drinking party. They gave 90 students breathalyzer tests and every single one registered 0.0!
